To ensure a durable and lasting floor we start with grinding and/or shot blasting to remove any existing coatings and create a proper profile for adhesion. Once ground, Sloop painting repairs any damage to the existing slab along with sealing any joints with a flexible urethane based joint sealant. A molded cove base is an optional process that produces a seamless transition between your floor and drywall.

An option for most flake floor systems is the installation of a seamless epoxy cove base system. An epoxy cove system achieves a seamless transition between vertical surfaces and your floor, creating a clean transition in place of traditional wood or plastic base.
